Welcome to the Kaleidoscope App Store!

The Kaleidoscope App Store is operated by Shenzhen Bangshi Information Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as "we," "us," or "our"). It is a gaming platform that provides game browsing, downloading, installation, updates, account login, top-ups, gift pack redemption, news, and customer support services.

Please read this Agreement carefully before registering for or using the platform. By completing registration, logging in, or otherwise using the platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Agreement.

I. Account Registration and Use

1. You shall use true, lawful, and valid information to register an account and complete any necessary identity verification as instructed on the relevant page.

2. You are responsible for safeguarding your account, password, and verification codes. You are responsible for losses caused by your voluntary disclosure or transfer of your account or by your failure to safeguard it properly, except where such losses are caused by the platform.

3. Without our written consent, you may not give away, rent, lend, transfer, sell, or otherwise permit another person to use your account.

4. If you discover that your account has been misappropriated or is subject to another security risk, please contact customer support promptly.

5. You may not maliciously or automatically register accounts in bulk, or use an account to engage in unlawful, fraudulent, or disruptive activities.

II. Real-Name Verification and Protection of Minors

1. In accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and online game management requirements, you may be required to provide your real name, identity document number, and other information to complete real-name verification.

2. Users under the age of 18 shall use the platform and games available on it only with the guidance and consent of a parent or other guardian.

3. We implement real-name verification, anti-addiction measures, gaming time limits, and spending restrictions for minors in accordance with applicable laws and regulations.

4. Guardians should reasonably manage minors' gaming time and properly safeguard payment accounts, passwords, and verification codes to prevent minors from making purchases inappropriate for their age or intellectual capacity.

III. Platform Services

1. The platform may offer multiple games and related services provided by us or by third-party developers, publishers, or operators.

2. Different games may have their own user agreements, privacy policies, billing rules, and service rules. Before entering a specific game, you shall read and agree to its applicable rules.

3. We may adjust platform features, game content, and service methods according to operational arrangements, and will notify users through page announcements, in-platform notices, or other reasonable means.

4. We may suspend certain services due to maintenance, upgrades, security risks, force majeure, or other reasons, and will make reasonable efforts to minimize the impact on users.

IV. Top-Ups and Virtual Items

1. You shall make top-ups or purchases through payment channels approved by the platform and verify that the account, game, server, character, amount, and other information are accurate.

2. In-game currency, points, gift packs, items, and other virtual items may be used only on the applicable platform or in the applicable game service and do not constitute legal tender.

3. Except as otherwise required by applicable laws and regulations, where the platform is at fault, or where a product or service is defective, completed and credited top-ups are generally not eligible for refunds without cause.

4. If a top-up is not credited or you are charged more than once due to the platform or a game operator, you may submit the relevant order information to customer support for investigation and resolution.

5. You may not use top-ups, refunds, or transaction mechanisms for cashing out, money laundering, fraud, or any other unlawful or non-compliant activity.

V. User Conduct

When using the platform, you may not:

1. Publish or disseminate content that violates applicable laws and regulations, endangers national security, disrupts public order, or infringes the lawful rights and interests of others;

2. Insult, defame, harass, or threaten another user, or disseminate violent, pornographic, gambling-related, fraudulent, or other harmful content;

3. Use cheating tools, scripts, emulator-based cheating, unauthorized plug-ins, or other tools to undermine the fairness of a game;

4. Unlawfully obtain, modify, or delete platform data or another user's data;

5. Attack or interfere with platform servers, networks, or normal operations;

6. Impersonate another person or misappropriate another person's account or payment method;

7. Copy, distribute, modify, rent, or sell platform software, game content, or related materials without authorization;

8. Engage in any other conduct that violates applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, or platform rules.

If you violate these rules, we may, depending on the circumstances, issue a warning, restrict features, suspend services, ban your account, or remove non-compliant content. Where suspected unlawful or criminal conduct is involved, we will report it to the relevant authorities in accordance with law.

VI. Intellectual Property

The intellectual property rights in the Kaleidoscope App Store and its related software, pages, text, images, audio, video, trademarks, programs, and data belong to us or the relevant rights holders.

Without the written permission of the relevant rights holder, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, reverse engineer, or otherwise use such content for commercial purposes.

The intellectual property rights in third-party games and related content available on the platform belong to the relevant developers, publishers, operators, or other lawful rights holders.

VII. Personal Information Protection

We value the security of your personal information and privacy and process and protect your personal information in accordance with the Kaleidoscope App Store Privacy Policy.

Before registering for or using the platform, you shall carefully read the Privacy Policy to understand how personal information is collected, used, stored, shared, and protected, as well as the rights you have under applicable law.

VIII. Service Changes and Account Closure

1. You may request account closure through the account closure feature provided by the platform or by contacting customer support.

2. After your account is closed, we will stop providing services associated with that account and process your personal information in accordance with law.

3. Closing your account may result in the permanent loss of account information, game records, virtual items, and other benefits. Please properly address all relevant matters before closing your account.

4. If the platform or a particular service ceases operation, we will publish advance notice in accordance with law and make reasonable arrangements to protect users' lawful rights and interests.

IX. Liability

We take reasonable measures to ensure the secure and stable operation of the platform. For service interruptions caused by force majeure, network failures, third-party service failures, government actions, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control, we will bear responsibility to the extent required by applicable law.

Users shall be responsible in accordance with law for losses caused by their violation of applicable laws and regulations, this Agreement, or the rules of a specific game.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits any liability that we are required to bear by law or affects any rights that users are entitled to under applicable law.

X. Amendments to This Agreement

We may amend this Agreement in response to changes in applicable laws and regulations, business adjustments, or service changes.

We will notify you of material amendments through a page announcement, pop-up window, in-platform message, or other prominent means. If you continue using the platform after the amended Agreement takes effect, you will be deemed to have accepted the amended Agreement. If you do not agree, you may stop using the services and request account closure.

XI. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

The formation, performance, interpretation, and dispute resolution of this Agreement shall be governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China.

Any dispute arising from this Agreement or the platform services shall first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may bring an action before a people's court with jurisdiction in accordance with law.
